Tintipán Glamping El Cocotal está ubicado en la isla Tintipán. La Isla pertenece a las islas de San Bernardo, un pequeño archipiélago de 10 islas ubicado en el Caribe colombiano, a 80 km de Cartagena de Indias y accesible sólo en ferry desde Cartagena, Tolú, Coveñas y Rincón del Mar.

Forma parte del Parque Nacional Natural Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo.

El pago de la reserva se efectúa directamente con el establecimiento. Evite la cancelación y asegure su reserva mediante el pago de la misma. Tintipan Glamping El Cocotal se pondrá en contacto para gestionar el pago.

La salida desde Cartagena se realiza en el Muelle de la Bodeguita, Puerta N°4, entrada VIP hacía las islas. Recomendamos presentarse a las 8:00am en el muelle, para realizar el check-in y pago del impuesto de entrada al Parque Nacional ($25.000 COP), el cual puede ser adquirido en la Puerta N°4. Todas las lanchas zarpan a las 8/9:00 am (puntual), por lo que debe presentarse en el muelle a las 7/8:15 am (check-in lancha). (POR TRAYECTO Y PERSONA SON 70.000/80.000 COP).

Salida desde TINTIPAN GLAMPING Cocotal hacia Tolú a las 3.00 pm (Otros horarios consultar a Marlín Mar).

POLITICAS:

NO ESTÁ PERMITIDA LA ENTRADA DE BEBIDAS NI ALIMENTOS.

(Si usted viaja con niños pequeños o tiene alguna intolerancia, puede traer lo que necesite, recuerde que estamos en una isla y no hay tiendas cerca ni supermercados).

Check-in: 12.00 am

Check-out: 9:30 am (debe dejar su alojamiento libre. Puede seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones hasta la hora de recogida de la lancha).

RECOMENDACIONES:

1. Traer zapatos para el agua.

2. Traer buzos licras como los de montar bicicleta.

3. Traer repelente contra insectos.

4. Traer dinero en EFECTIVO para el pago de alojamiento y servicios. El cobro por tarjeta en cualquier plataforma, Datáfono o Link, tiene un coste del 5%

5. Las habitaciones se limpian bajo demanda durante la estancia.

RESPONSABILIDAD AMBIENTAL:

Somos un ECOGLAMPING, estamos ubicados en el Parque Nacional Natural Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo, área protegida, no interferimos en el medio.

Solicitamos comprensión a todos nuestros huéspedes en la limitación del agua y de la no entrada de plásticos al Parque.

Durante el día puede haber interrupciones del suministro de electricidad o agua por causas ajenas al Glamping. (El staff estará encantado de darle una solución).

Limitamos a una ducha diaria por persona. La ducha es con balde de agua para preservar la cantidad de agua utilizada. El agua de ducha es un bien escaso.

Realizamos caminatas ecológicas por la zona norte de la isla y organizamos recogida de plásticos y demás desechos que trae el mar. (según disponibilidad).

No vendemos agua embotellada, vendemos recargas de agua de diferentes precios según el tamaño del recipiente.

(Sea consciente de donde va, no somos un Hotel, somos un EcoGlamping y estamos ubicados en un Parque Nacional, Área protegida. El Glamping mantiene el espíritu de antiguos pescadores incluida las instalaciones y servicios.).

Políticas de Cancelación

1. Se permite modificar o extender la fecha reservada si la disponibilidad del momento lo permite. Las reservas NO SON REEMBOLSABLES pudiendo mover la reserva para otras fechas en temporada con igual valor que la reserva pagada o dejar la reserva con fecha abierta para su disfrute durante el año en curso. En caso de elegir una fecha en temporada con valor superior, se cobrará el excedente del valor de la temporada.

2. Salida anticipada. Toda reserva interrumpida por decisión del cliente, antes de la fecha confirmada en la reserva, será asumida en su totalidad por este. De modo que se realizará un cargo correspondiente al 100% del valor de las noches de alojamiento reservadas, a la tarifa contratada, más impuestos. Para ello, Tintipán Glamping se reservará el derecho de aplicación de esta penalidad.

3. Cancelación por circunstancias de fuerza mayor. Cancelación por circunstancias ajenas al cliente (Actos terroristas, y desastres naturales, pandemia o por causas de salud grave, justificada adecuadamente con volante médico), En caso de no poder realizar el viaje o llegar al destino, la reserva se congelará, sin cobrar ninguna penalidad (NO SE HACE REEMBOLSO),para que esta pueda ser reprogramada en otra fecha con las mismas características de la reserva inicial.
